We take utmost care of safety and hygiene at Panacea Point. Patient safety is our prime concern and we taking necessary actions.

After Entering Clinic

  • Hand Hygiene: Upon entering the clinic, hand sanitation is available as you check into the front reception desk.
  • Door Handles: All door handles are sanitized including treatment, consulting room, and bathroom door.
  • Reduced Overlap: We continue to space out appointments to reduce overlap between patients.
  • Waiting Area: The "waiting areas" are available for patients and their guests. Our goal, however, is to bring you directly into the treatment room upon arrival.
  • Wearing Mask: If immunocompromised or currently experiencing any respiratory symptoms patients should wear a mask while entering the clinic. The treating Practitioner also wears a mask upon entering the treatment room.

In the Treatment Room

  • Cleaning: As per usual, our clinic is professionally cleaned and disinfected, and all gowns, sheets, and towels are disposed of after every single use.
  • Sanitisation: Treatment rooms are clean and sanitized.
  • Disposable Bedsheets: Your safety is our priority. We use disposable bedsheets for every patient.
  • Disposable Gowns, Towels, and Napkins: Disposable patient gowns, towels, and napkins are available for patients. Patients may also wear suitable clothing or can carry their gowns.
  • Equipment Sanitation: All laser devices, goggles, and other equipment are sanitized after every use.
  • Sterile Disposable Needles: We use Pre-sterile Disposable needles for all patients. After every single use, we dispose of the needles in medical waste.
  • Medical Waste: we are registered at BMC’s bio-medical waste Centre to collect medical waste at regular time intervals they collect all the waste and dispose of.
