Unexplained Infertility
Patient Details:
Female, 31 years old
Problem Faced:
This was a case of primary infertility. She had undergone 3 IUI and 2 IVF procedures which failed. As per conventional diagnostic methods, no abnormalities were observed. As such she was classified as a case of Unexplained Infertility. She was advised to try more IVF procedures. She decided to opt for acupuncture treatment.
Treatment Adopted:
Her assessment was done based on the Acupuncture diagnosis procedure which include pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and enquiring. Based on diagnostic findings the acupuncture treatment plan was worked out and diet and lifestyle corrections were suggested. Medical-assisted yoga postures were also suggested. She was advised for 15 sessions of acupuncture treatment on alternate days and repeated the course after 7 days.
Result:
Post-treatment she conceived naturally and in due course, she gave birth to a healthy baby.
